CU Chancellor Phil DiStefano gives campus address

This morning the Chancellor gave his annual State of the Campus Address. He
discussed his plans for this year as well as future plans for the university's
flagship 2030 plan.

Some of the main priorities were to increase the number of residential colleges,
increase funding for research programs and gain more tenure-track professors
over the next few years despite recent budget cuts.

The Chancellor did address the 1.5 billion dollar budget cut, but admitted that it
remains uncertain how much it will impact higher education.
