Culinary Connectors gives a taste of Boulder
Food helps you connect with the city around you; by traveling the streets you can get a better understanding of the colors and flavors of where you live. Culinary Connectors, located in Denver, Boulder, and Aspen, offer a delightful way for people of all ages to experience the world of tastes, smells, and textures that lie below Colorado’s striking scenery.
Culinary Connectors is a food tour company that started in Denver in 2008 by Becky Creighton. Creighton started this company to share her passion for food and wine and introduce her friends and the people around her with the culinary talent in Colorado.
“One day when I was the director of a the software company I woke up and said I hate what I do, and I wanted to be excited and passionate about what I do when I wake up in the morning. And so I just looked at what were some of the things I loved, and my personal email was foodwine@gmail and it’s been a love of mine for a bout 15 or 16 years.”
Culinary Connectors has expanded to Boulder and Aspen teaching locals about the best independent restaurants around them.
Boulder’s “Savor the Flavor” tour takes guests to four restaurant businesses to meet the chefs or owners. They are given food samples and educated about the restaurant's start and the how the food is prepared.
