Unknown assaliant attacks CU security guard

Boulder Police are investigating an attempted sexual assault on the CU campus, according to a university news release.

The assault occurred at 8 p.m. on Wednesday at the Academic & Research Center on Boulder's East Campus.

An unknown suspect attempted to sexually assault a CU security guard while she was making her nightly rounds.

The guard was attacked on the east side of the building near the loading dock area.

Boulder Police are currently unable to comment on the ongoing investigation.
