The Future is Now for Nanotechnology
The future is now and nanoscience impacts our daily lives. From electronics to medicine, nanotechnology has the potential to boost our economy by providing clean and affordable energy, techniques to clean up hazardous chemicals, and medical devices and drugs to detect and treat diseases. Nanotechnology allows once clunky devices to become smaller and more user friendly. The NanoDays symposium will be held Friday, April 2, from 4-6:30 p.m., and on Saturday, April 3, from 1-4 p.m. at the Discovery Learning Center in the College of Engineering and Applied Science.
