5280 annual restaurant week hits Boulder

A number of Boulder restaurants are busier than usual. 5280 magazine’s annual restaurant week is underway, and it is allowing people to dine at expensive places at a cheap price.

For just $52.80 for two people, you can get a full three-course meal.

The best part of the deal is that most of the restaurants participating in the event tend to be on the more expensive side and ones that most people don’t usually get to go to.

5280 restaurant week has more than 270 restaurants promoting the deal and Boulder happens to have 18 of them. SALT, Alba and Tattoria are just a few of the most popular restaurants.

“We definitely have seen an increase in a more steady business which is great and definitely new people not just locals, but we’re getting people coming in from Denver,” Beverage Director of SALT Evan Faber said.

The event is running March 11th, 2011. To find a full list of restaurants participating, visit: http://www.denver.org/denverrestaurant/
